Hey what up everyone, thanks for clicking in on my video. Today we are talking about the questions, How Do You Learn? Learning is important no doubt, but learning can be boring or it can be fun and make you happy in the process of not only learning, but applying what you learn. So we must try and figure out how each of us learns best. Try to find out if you like watching videos, listing to audio books or podcasts, reading books, taking notes, listening while resting, listening wile doing something else at the same time like walking or running. Maybe you like going to seminars or conferences, if so whats your way of learning at those. Once you know how you learn now you can focus on improving the things you want to by learning them the way that makes you happy!

Hello and thanks for stopping by. In this video I try and capture my Valentina aka "Tuna" catch a ball in the air. Then we get into this videos topic.... How to deal with negativity. There is many ways to deal with negativity, you should try different ones and find the one that works best for you. I found out that the moment I stopped being negative, that was when negativity stopped bothering me. I think it stopped bothering be because I was able to identify it quicker and would see it had no force so it wouldn't consume me at all. i would also be able to walk away from it or if i decided to stay, I could move on with the conversation and defuse the negativity. What was a little more challenging was to not be negative. See, when someone would be negative about entrepreneurship, self employment, side hustles, or starting your own business it would bother me, especially if it was directed to someone who was new to all of this. But I was okay with it if someone talked negative about rainy days, I would even be the one talking the negativity. So when I decided to stop being negative that was challenging, it took a little bit of time, as a mater of fact I would take moments to find great things abut rainy days and researched why they were so good. Once I changed my mind set i couldn't hate rainy days no more so it was easy to not spit out negativity about them.

What is up everyone, and welcome to all my new entrepreneurs, new to self employed, new to staring your own business & new to starting a side hustle or turning you side hustle to your main hustle! In this video lest talk about the importance of being your biggest fan. When you start your entrepreneur adventure its supper fun and when you share it with loved ones and friends that support you its a great feeling, but when all the hype of starting simmers down who's left to cheer you on?.... That would be YOU! This is when being your biggest fan kicks in, when all the cheering and chanting stops and ever one goes back to the normal routine. When you wake up the next day and make the phone calls, send the DMs send the emails, research the vendors, search the hashtags and get to it in the comments etc. etc. that's when you look at yourself and be your biggest fan. Its the little wins that you need to cheer yourself along with so you can get to the big wins that everyone can see. Its when you have a "loss" and "L" also know as a learning experience and you can shake it off and continue to move forward with loosing little to no momentum, that's when you step up and be your biggest fan, that's when you need that self-support to push threw.
