Haters are going to hate... and the funny thing about having haters is they have nothing on you.   

Sure, there may be some extremes where some haters are going to try to coerce, extort, or blackmail you, but if you don't fall into that category, they have virtually nothing. 

Since releasing my first podcast episode, I've received quite a bit of hate mail from strangers. People I never met have called me some interesting things, granted they don't even know me.   

Apparently, I'm a misogynist, goober, lowlife, fat slob, the list goes on. The reason why this does not bother me is because they can't hurt me in any way shape or form. There is nothing they can fundamentally do to me other than talk shit. Okay, and... *crickets*
