When today is done, I’ll still be one degree of separation away from Storm, but I’ll have interviewed my first real X-Man, Shawn Ashmore, who played “Iceman” in all three X-Men films. Ashmore returned to the big screen this winter as the star of Frozen. It’s the story of three friends who get stuck on a ski lift when it shuts down for the night.

From 2012: Brandon Quinn, who plays “Rainman” in "Kill Speed," is a husband and father whose biggest break to date was on “Entourage” where he played the boyfriend of Rex Lee’s character, “Lloyd.” He also starred alongside Treat Williams in the short-lived Lifetime series “Against the Wall.”

From 2011: Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) is not a sport for me, but when I learned that my friend Pete Williams had helped standup paddle board expert Brody Welte write a vook about the subject called Paddle Fit, I thought it would be fun to talk about it here. And not just talk; Pete – the author of The Draft and co-author of the Core Performance book series with Mark Verstegen – is going to go out there in Coffee Pot Bayou, and give us a demonstration of paddleboard exercise tips.

Abrams’ “Star Trek” reboot, Sam Raimi’s horror film Drag Me to Hell, in the second and third Pirates of the Caribbean films, and with Ben Stiller and Robert Downey Jr. in Tropic Thunder. And that’s just the tip of the Reggie Lee iceberg.
