From 2013: when I finally did read up on Rachel Ann, I stopped dead when I got to the line, “As the daughter of strong supporters of the arts, Rachel's parents, actress Kathleen Turner and Jay Weiss...” That stopped me dead. WTF? The Kathleen Turner? Body Heat Kathleen Turner? Rachel Ann Weiss will have to make good on her career promise based on her own talents as a singer and songwriter, on the choices she makes as her own person. And you know what? She’s off to a helluva good start.
