Just another thought that came to my head as I just went for a stroll. I thought it was important to share it.

Learn to protect your energy. So many people want to frustrate you and make you talk but don't allow them. Start utilising the block button as this will help you to regain some of your peace of mind.

This is another creative aspect I have managed to create. Throughout my time, I have been able to come up with so many things and this is something different for you. This is known as DailyTalks.

I will try to challenge myself to talk at least 10 minutes a day and to be useful with my talking. This is better than wasting my talk on things such as gossiping or things that don't have any useful advantage to me.

Started something new where I'll take 10 minutes of my day to talk. This was something similar I was doing until I turned it into car drive.

However, I have noticed that my Spotify podcast is suffering as it is taking me some time to edit the videos. For this reason, this talk will be done daily depending on my schedule and I will try to be as consistent as possible.
