    Its been a week since England lost and I am still shocked as the whole nation was rooting for England to win. It was an amazing atmosphere and one that I will remember for a very long time. In the end, the best team won and Italy has been the best team throughout the tournament. When Shaw scored, I thought today was the day but it wasn't meant to be. The fact it went to penalties, I had my doubt but we were given a golden opportunity and unfortunately, players you expected to score missed.
    Things happen but what I and many others don't stand for is racism. The pressure these players are under is immense and it takes courage to step up to take a penalty.
    I was glad I could say I was there even though the results didn't turn out as I wanted but either way, I am proud of the team and hope we don't wait for another 55 years to see England in another major final.

I have played personally against Liam and I am telling you, you will be amazed yourself at the level of his skills, technique and ability to change a game in the blink of an eye.

    This video is a very deep one as it was given by a person I know and they asked if I could discuss this topic. It was a very special topic as these are some of the challenges we face especially people who hold culture very dearly. It makes it difficult to go against our family or the people we love and then we start to think which one should we choose.
    It is a case where we need to stand up for ourselves and make our own decisions and no one should be put in a situation like this where there is an element of guilt especially when you decide on the best decision for you.

    This video is a thought provoking video and it has changed the way I view friends. Being a social person, there is a belief that I have lot of friends but in fact, it is totally the opposite.

    Friends these days require lots of time and attention and it is important you utilise your time around people that will impact you positively. If not, they can bring a lot of negativity around you which is not good for your mental health.
