Been in the teaching profession for a little bit of time and already, I have faced so many challenges. Obviously, one challenge only relates to me, but others relate to the teachers who are in the profession. It's a shame that some teachers are chased out of the profession due to these challenges, but I will continue to make an impact in the lives of many.  Regardless of the challenges, the battle continues.

Wow, what a year. So many things happened but overall it was a learning curb. Having finished my Trainee year, I was so excited to finally starting my first teaching job but not everything went according to plan. Fast forward 3 years later, I am now a qualified teacher and can share my experience for whoever dares to listen.

There are so many reasons to become a teacher and this is down to the individual. I have only chosen 4 that relates to me but I am sure you might have other reasons of your own. This is just to give people an insight into the benefit of becoming a teacher so that they are aware in case they are thinking of going into teaching.

have already done an audio in the previous weeks where I gave my thoughts on the topic. I was only able to add a snippet of the full people's thoughts, so it was important to post an audio that shared what they said in full. This will give a holistic view on the question, and it would allow you to see their point and the angle they took in answering the question.

This audio has definitely given me more courage to go out to the streets more and ask people questions. It wasn't easy to do but I am very proud of myself for being courageous to go out in public. Someone gave me this question and I thought why not do an audio about it and take it to the public and ask people. This is a very deep question that can only be answered by individuals depending on how they see it. There isn't a one way answer to this question and no answer is correct or incorrect.

This was my first time going to the public to ask people this question and trust me, it was a bit scary but once I got into the flow, I was able to become more relax. For sure, I would definitely do more audios out in public and it has allowed me to go out of my comfort zone.

Any other audio ideas you think would be good for the channel, bring it on and definitely drop your answer in the comment section as I am very intrigued to know what your thoughts are in regard to the question.

This audio is about listening and being open-minded. This is something I have noticed people lack and these are skills or things people need to work on. Listening is such an important skill and I have seen too many people who are just passive listeners instead being an active listener. It is such a shame as they end up missing vital information. This is interlinked with being open minded as after listening, you need to be open minded in order to receive the information that has been given. It is important for you to open your mind and listen to people regardless of their age or where they are from. Everyone can learn something from someone.

This job is about being proud of whatever job you are doing regardless of what people think of you. It might sound simple to say but it is actually quite difficult. I went to an event and a guy lied about the job he is doing. I am sure he might not be the only one but it is a shame that he had to do that.

It was important to make this audio as I needed to shed more light on this issue as this is something that is not often spoken about. After this audio, I hope people can be proud of the job they are doing, and people won't be too bothered about the title of the job people are doing and would see people as they are.

Been on this journey for a while now and the struggle still continues. Its been a very tedious and tiresome journey at times but it has also been enjoyable too.  There were times I thought of giving up but my instincts told me to continue and now I am reaping the rewards. Everyday I step into the class, I know I am making an impact on the children and I know I am making a difference. Teaching allows me to share my knowledge to the future leaders of tomorrow and I hope to continue sharing my knowledge for a long time.   

Even if you are not a teacher, you can still share in my journey as everyone has been through times they got rejected and kept going.

This audio is about being content as I meet so much people on high earnings and they are still not content. Also, I have been banging on about being content for a while and I don't think people fully understand what I meant. For this reason, I had to do an audio in regards to it.   

As I did the audio, I began to become more grateful and become more content as there are so many things I am grateful about. It is easy to dismiss and appreciate what you have, whether little or a lot and just keep wanting more and more.  

Through the audio, I stated in the audio as to why you should be content and everything links to peace of mind. Nothing can beat peace of mind and it is important to be content so that your mind can be free.

This audio is a VERY VERY important video which I don't want you to skip any bit. It is about comparison and comparing yourself to others. Whilst it is not a bad thing to admire someone else's work, it is important to focus on you and not compare yourself to others but instead learn from what others are doing.   

Through this YouTube journey, people will question you and make you feel like you ain't doing well as they see other's numbers rising in terms of subscribers and likes. Yours might be stagnant but it is important to know you're doing well and you are already better than the 90% of people who ain't doing YouTube at all.

Whilst I don't get carried away with where I am right now, I am still pushing and will get better and improve. People will often remind you of the numbers of other people but you just got to focus on you and stand straight like 6'Oclock.  

This is just a audio to remind YOU or anyone watching this video that you are doing well and don't let people's judgement make you feel like you ain't doing nothing. BE content with what you have but also be ready to learn and improve. By doing that, I am sure you will get to where you're heading.
