What happens to our praise when life doesn’t look the way we hoped?
This morning, we prayed through Psalm 96:1–9 and talked about refusing to let our circumstances steal our joy, shape what we believe about God, or block our praise.
Three things to consider:
🙏🏽 What am I convincing myself of?
Am I telling myself that God isn’t working, nothing is changing, or everything is falling apart? Be careful what you allow your mind to rehearse.
🙏🏽 What am I seeking?
Sometimes what we need is rest—not just physical rest, but rest in our thoughts. We can quiet the noise and rest in who God is, even while we wait.
🙏🏽 Who am I choosing to be?
There are still good people in this world—and I’m aiming to be one of them. I can choose goodness, kindness, faith, and praise regardless of what is happening around me.
Your circumstances may be real, but they do not have to steal your joy or silence your praise.
“Sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the earth.” — Psalm 96:1
Keep praising. Keep trusting. Keep believing that God is working—even when you can’t see it yet.

What if some of the things we’ve accepted as “faith” are actually things we’ve been conditioned to believe?
In today’s live prayer and teaching from Isaiah 40:9–14, we talked about three mindsets it may be time to come out of:
• Being conditioned to believe God only for small blessings
• Being conditioned to expect a life of suffering like Job
• Being conditioned to focus so much on darkness and “the enemy” that we forget the power of God’s light
Isaiah reminds us just how BIG our God is. He is not intimidated by what we’re facing, and He doesn’t need us constantly fighting battles He is fully capable of handling.
Maybe it’s time to move out of the way, stop giving darkness so much attention, and let the Light fight for us.
If you’ve been expecting the worst, preparing for another battle, or afraid to believe God for something bigger, this prayer and teaching is for you.

🙏🏽 Pray with me, receive the Word, and start expecting to see God differently—and bigger.

This morning’s prayer was rooted in Psalm 17 and the reminder that we are covered and kept under the shadow of the Almighty.
We prayed about being intentional in this season, choosing gratitude, finding peace, and trusting God even when we don’t know what’s next.
Whatever season you’re walking through, may this replay remind you that God is near, He is covering you, and there is still something to be grateful for. 🙏🏾

Many people pray for bigger opportunities, but God often begins by teaching us to be faithful with what we've already been given.
In this week's Bible study, we'll explore Luke 16 and discover why faithfulness in the small things matters so much to God.

In this prayer and devotional time, we reflect on Hebrews 6:10 and 13–18 and the promises we can hold onto during seasons of change.
God does not overlook your work. His promises are sure. And we have to learn to remember what God has said for ourselves—not depend solely on what someone else speaks over our lives.
Whether your change involves family, work, health, relationships, or simply stepping into an unfamiliar season, this prayer is a reminder: God sees you, God remembers, and you can anchor your hope in Him.

In today’s prayer replay, we spend time in Psalm 16 and remember that God is bigger than anything we are facing. Through a personal testimony, I share what it looks like to encourage yourself when trouble comes and remind yourself of who God is.
Psalm 16 tells us that God is our refuge and our portion and that our boundary lines have fallen in pleasant places. Even in difficult seasons, there are still beautiful places, evidence of God’s goodness, and reasons to trust Him.
Whatever you are carrying today, be encouraged: God is bigger than it, God is with you in it, and God will help you through it.
