We had the opportunity to speak to a lady who has been called the 'Accidental Activist' in the press and has become an award winner for her efforts to make life easier for people with MS. How could we not speak to her? This is Shana Pezaro and she is a real sweetheart!

Bike the UK for MS is taking on a challenge that will probably leave the participants saddle sore for years to come. How would you fancy cycling the length of the UK taking in 3 countries as you go? Raising money for the MS Society, what a challenge!
