MS Diary | Friday, 10/20/23 | My back is KILLING me today

My back hurts so much I removed my booty cushions. 

My back hurts so much I can't put on my socks. 

My back hurts so much I dare not shake up a protein shake.

Instead, Ibuprofen, Tylenol, heavy indica and lay on my stomach.
