MS Diary | My Grade 3 wheelchair was denied

This is absolutely HORRIBLE news. It's very much expected but HORRIBLE. I know my next action is starting an appeal. Hopefully, my first submission fixes this. If not, I gotta consult a lawyer. *fingers crossed*
