A few weeks ago, i announced that I'd get up earlier to better use my energies. All the restroom trips were wrecking my mojo, draining my usable hours.
That helped some but not enough. Sure, i was more productive by day's end but i was even more exhausted.
Now, I'm getting up earlier and taking naps. The goal is 6hrs between everything. I've felt good all week, higher activity levels.
