I'm not the only one grappling with sacrifice and worth. It's one of the reasons I started this blog and promote motivation to Tribespeople. I tend to think there's no point in wasting money to better my life. 

LIES! There IS a point. If nothing else, taking better care of myself/yourself gives us strength to continue self-sacrificing.
