MS Diary | Thursday, 8/31/23 | Keeping my mindset OVER bullshit without A/C
It's getting real y'all. Now, I KNOW the heat is amping my MS symptoms. I'm ridiculously exhausted. There's quite a bit of muscle weakness. I'm so tired, I'm not drinking water or alcohol. The empty restroom trips have increased.
Some of this may be dehydration but I'm doing something today.
I got my wine and a 2-step.
