MS Diary | Wednesday, 10/18/23 | Wish ya boi luck on his interview 

My plan is to go commission-only. Yup, leaving one sales gig for another. 

Commission-only means no more write-ups, coaching, messages, emails, multiple supervisors just because of my breaks and response time.

I'm severely disabled. My breaks will be longer, more frequent. I'm legally blind so I'm slower responding and reading from a screen. I'm rocking a chronic illness; I'll need more days off.
