Continuing and finishing the skin structure and growth of the Stateboard Study Series. This is all part of the skin portion to help prepare you for the Stateboard licensing exam. Now here’s the thing and I say this in my podcast, if you are in another state that does the NIC testing, or CIB this may be of some assistance to you for your written test at least. This should be used as an Aid to your studies. Some people learn from hearing (Audio) Learners, but I do encourage you to review your little exam book, as well as your text book, though this goes hand in hand with it. I’m using the latest version of the Milady Textbook, however, those of you who are learning from Pivot Point, the information is the same, just presented differently. Episode 6 part of the Stateboard Study Series where I am talking about the steps to a Basic Facial that you may need to know for your Stateboard written test. In the past, I have tutored students who may not have passed, and this is one way that I stay current in knowing what questions may be asked, and this contributes to what I share with people on what to study for their cosmetology state licensing exam. I am also talking about the disinfectants that you need to know, the protocol for cleaning and disinfecting foot baths in the salons, and the agencies that you need to know for your exam for state licensing. I thought this would be a 2 part series, however, it turns out this will be a trilogy. Disinfection and Sanitation Pt.1 being about Bacteria, the different groups, and the most common of them all that tend to stick around schools and salons.
