•Make a change. What do you need to change in your life?
•Find out what might be holding you back from becoming the person you were put here to be.
•Once you find out what you want to become, you must now create a plan that will get you there.
•It is hard to reinvent yourself, and without the right guidance you will find it much harder.
•When you do start to make your changes, make sure you surround yourself with the right type of people.
•Find people that are aligned with your goals and will be there to support and keep you on track.
•You must follow your plan every day and do something that will move you closer to where you are trying to go.
•Help. We all need help sometimes and, depending on where you are trying to go, someone may have already been down that road. So look for someone to follow or seek out a mentor.
•Remember that nothing good happens overnight so please be patient and work hard. Stay focused and dedicated to your dreams.
•When it gets hard and and you feel as though you want to give up, remember why you started and keep moving forward.
•Taking care of yourself is not a selfish act.
