In this episode, we sit down with Abdelrahman Lachize, a third-year medical student with a passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Born in Syria to a French-Syrian family, Abdelrahman’s journey has taken him from Lyon to Jeddah and now Riyadh, a city he proudly calls home.

We dive into his story—how his father introduced him to Jiu-Jitsu in eighth grade, his progression to a blue belt, and his defining moment on the mat: an intense match against "The Hulk," where he overcame the odds with a perfectly executed triangle choke.
