In this weeks episode, Mark and Luke discuss Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) within the gym envinronment.

KPI's have always been used in professional sport, to measure whether or not an athlete has the physical readiness to perform in their sport. (think of the NFL combine as an example).

However, we believe there is a place for them outside of professional sport, and in this episode we discuss the advantages of using exercises such as the squat, pull up, 5k runs and broad jumps to name a few, for these KPI's. We also give examples of scores and which category these would put you in!
