Armando Polanco is an ex-professional lacrosse player, who played in both the MLL and NLL. He was on three MLL Championship teams with the Philadelphia Barrage. While competing professionally on the field, Polanco was a consummate professional in the workplace with MTV Networks/Viacom, where he excelled with the organization for over twenty years. 
Armando currently serves as the Vice President, Content Distribution & Affiliate Partnerships for MSG Networks.

The Cradle: 

🥍 Armando Polanco comes from a family of athletes. Armando’s guidance was instrumental, for his brother Nicky Polanco’s career. Nicky was a 2022 inductee into the MLL Hall of Fame.

🥍 While with Viacom, Armando was a key factor in the launch of The Ultimate Fighter 4: The Comeback. 

🥍 Armando is still very active! He often trains with former UFC Champion Matt Serra and has earned a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
