Takisha Bromell is the author of “A Lady in Waiting”, an area Toastmaster winner, motivational speaker, and entrepreneur.   She has written published curriculum for Lifeway. She is also currently the Director of Client Engagement at Michael Burt Enterprises and former Chief Operating Officer for McKnight Advisory Group.

Takisha discovered at the young age of eight that she was in her element when she was asked to speak at a school assembly. That day she identified a purpose and passion for public speaking. From that moment on, she has been sharpening her skills and taking part in several enthusiastic and inspirational speeches. She has successfully grown in her craft, and is able to move any audience to action. 

In 2016, she founded Purpose Innovators a company focused on coaching, speaking, and training. As the founder, Takisha brings more than 20 years of experience to the table. She knows that her purpose lies in guiding others to find theirs. Nothing brings her more joy than knowing destiny has been realized and purpose is being manifested.

She is now realizing the gift of expressing herself through writing and has a number of projects in the works.  Takisha Bromell personifies and is a Purpose Innovator.

April's previous experience includes 14 1/2 years working in the Educaitonal Field, 5 years as a High School Presenter for Bryant & Stratton College and she currently works full time as an Educational Consultant and Motivational Speaker.  Ms. Johnson is well versed in the areas of College Knowledge, Attitude & Communication, Time Management/Study Skills, Resume & Interviewing Skills, and Goal Setting.

Shavonne Seymour (Financial) - Financial Service Advisor.  I have been in the banking industry for over 11 years, assisting customers with their current and future financial needs. My biggest goal and dream in life, is to fulfill my purpose on Earth. I believe we are here to enjoy life and to help others succeed and fulfill their dreams.

Nicole Cole (Entrepreneurship) - completed her undergraduate studies Magna Cum Laude at James Madison University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing. She received her Master of Science Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Georgetown University in 2016.

Apostle Sharon E. Peace is a Registered Nurse and the Executive Director of the Word of Peace Ministries International. Apostle Peace with her husband, Pastor John Peace, pastored the Worship center. Compelled by the Fire of the Holy Spirit she proclaims, declares, decreed, and shares a vision to teach, train, and impart the Word of GOD, lifting spirits, impacting and changing lives, in the name of Christ JESUS. In addition to feeding the homeless and unifying ministries to do outreach ministry in their communities, Matthew 28: 19-20. Apostle Peace directs a weekly prayer conference line, where praise reports are the result, and Abba gets the Glory! She is the spiritual overseer of two local ministries: Walking by Faith Ministry with Pastor Bernard Bibbs and Victory Christian Center, Pastor Paulette Hazelwood in Victoria, Va. Her desire is to see souls saved, adding to the Kingdom.

Apostle Peace has been married for 47 years to the anointed teacher of the Gospel, Pastor John W. Peace.  She has been blessed to have a business called, “Health Training @ Its Best”, because GOD our Father gave HIS Best, she gives her best, when she teaches CPR/FA, Child abuse and emergency preparedness in day care centers, preschools and churches, just to name a few of the courses she teaches. Also an Adjunct Professor at Reynolds College in their PAVE program again and impacting young adult lives. Member of NJICM under Chief Apostle O.C Brown and Pastor Bishop Joel V. Brown. There she will be kicking off the Marriage ministry along side her husband of 47 years at NJICM.

Pam’s career began in the field of early childhood development. By 2005, Pam and her husband, Perry, were working together full-time for the organization they founded, Luv’em Like MINES Youth Services, Inc., helping and mentoring at-risk youth between the ages of 5 and 21 years old. In 2005, Pam's son, JP was diagnosed with a developmental delay, and soon after diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Their daughter, Sydnee also has NF as well as ADHD. Pam views her children’s diagnoses as a blessing and a calling. She has adopted a pro-active approach to raising differently-abled children and become an advocate for all children and families with special needs. She founded JP Jumpers Foundation, to positively impact families affected by Autism, Special Needs and unique circumstances. She has written a book, God Chose Me: An Interactive Book to Promote Family Building,  God Chose Me serves as a learning tool and guide for children with different abilities. In 2014, Pam led the legislation to establish “JP’s Law” (SB367) in Virginia. This law gained bi-partisan support, and established a special identification card for persons with special needs. This identification card helps law enforcement understand when they may be engaging with someone with special needs. Richard Hartley is a New York-based pastor, singer, arranger, songwriter, actor and musical director who has spent much of his career helping other major artists sound their best. 

Starting as youth in New York, Richard began singing at the age of four in the Church of God in Christ and grew up to be one of the premier choir directors in New York City. After being selected for a role in Vy Higgensen's "Mama I Want To Sing" he went on to hold several principal roles in this hit musical, touring in over twenty countries with this production and appearing on many cast recordings. He appears in two Mariah Carey videos and has performed on The Grammy Awards show, Late Night With David Letterman, Show Time At The Apollo, Soul Train, The Rosie Odonnell Show,The Soul Train Music Awards, Donnie and Marie and The Oprah Winfrey show!

Richard has travelled and performed in London, Germany, Italy, Yugoslavia, West Africa, Australia, China, Turkey, Russia, Paris, Ghana, Senegal, all through the caribbean, Greece, Vienna and japan over 100 times, performing for a decade in Tokyo Disenyland to over 20,000 people!

For the past 14 years Rev Richard Hartley has served as Pastor and co-founder of HAVEN INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES in Rockaway New York,which began in the private home of our co founder Shepherd Mother Naomi Hartley!  

Richard Hartley earned a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Brooklyn College in 1983 and continued there for his graduate studies in counseling. Rev. Hartley enrolled and received his Bachelors and Masters in theology and also received his Doctorate in Divinity in May of 2014 from the Mason Kelly Washington Religious Institute,in Freeport NY!

Jonathan L. Brown was born in Knoxville Tennessee in January of 1982. At the age of 6 years old he began to play the organ for his father Elder Larry Brown who Pastored The Pentecostal Temple C.O.G.I.C in Algood TN. Through the laying on of hands by his father, Jonathan Brown quickly began to develop his signature sound. By the age of 14, he became the official State Organist for the Tennessee 2nd Jurisdiction C.O.G.I.C. under the leadership of the late Bishop H. Jenkins Bell. At the age of 17, he was given his first of eight opportunities to play in Memphis TN, at the International Church of God In Christ Holy Convocation. In the year 2000, Jonathan Brown relocated to Orlando FL. During his time there he served as Music Director and Organist for Bishop H. Jenkins Bell, Dr. Zachery Tims, and Pastor Derrick Hutchins, Sr. His passion for musical excellence has taken him all over the United States including Alaska sharing his message through what many now refer to as "JBrowniePoints". He's accompanied musical artists as MC Hammer, Shirley Murdock, Dorothy Norwood, James Moore, Timothy Wright, Norman Hutchins, Tramaine Hawkins, The Clark Sisters, Kirk Franklin, Beverly Crawford, Ricky Dillard and John P. Dr. Kim Yancey James has earned a Master and Doctor of Divinity Degree.  She is also a Certified Social Worker with over 30 years of experience in the field of Social Work and Adult Protective Services.  She has performed in the Off-Broadway play, "Mama, I Want to Sing" and has written and directed, "We Love Gospel Music", which was produced by Dr. Yancey James and Phenician Sullivan.  She is a native of Hackensack, NJ and raised in Patterson, NJ.

She is the founder and president of Women of Divine Destiny, Inc. (WODD, Inc.), where she seeks to address the needs of women in the church community through counseling, referral services, education and scholarship to nourish and empower them spiritually, physically, financially and emotionally.

Dr. James is the Elect Lady, Director of Women's Ministries, and Executive Minister of Paradise Baptist Church in Newark, NJ., where her husband Bishop Jethro C. James, Jr. is the pastor.  She is a preacher, mother, grandmother.
