What is important to understand is the significance of context when answering these questions. When we answer them, we need to define the perimeters and terms of the question - for example, is it in terms of performance, or in terms of health?

This is why relative terms like ‘good’ or ‘bad’ can be dangerous when talking about nutrition and health in general.

There might be a scenario where something is not advisable for someone pursuing a certain goal, but essential for someone else pursuing their certain goal.
