The 2026 NBA Draft Lottery results are in, and once again, the lottery gods have decided to ruin my life. Despite finishing the season with a brutal 20-62 record and holding a 14% chance at the #1 overall pick (tied for the best odds in the league!), the Brooklyn Nets have officially slid down to the No. 6 pick.

In this video, I’m breaking down why this is a total disaster for the franchise. We traded away so much to regain control of our 2025 and 2026 picks just to tank, only to watch the Washington Wizards walk away with the #1 spot while we get pushed out of the "Superstar Tier." No AJ Dybantsa, no Darryn Peterson, no Cam Boozer. We are officially in the "Tier 2" zone, picking behind the Wizards, Jazz, Grizzlies, Bulls, and Clippers.
