As of the winter of 2021, principal photography has just wrapped on another episode of the fantasy series, 9Realms. Titled, Edge of Madness, this VFX heavy show will now start post production with a 2022 goal for releasing season 1. Also now in post production is Randy's 9th feature film, Cafe in the Void. Co-Directed & Produced along with John Luksetich, this "of-the-times" fantasy/drama marks their 3rd full production together. Along with the above, Randy is celebrating the release of the horror/comedy, Chinese Speaking Vampires to VOD platforms and preparing for the upcoming Worldwide release of the the Indian drama, Road King. Randy has quickly become a bit of an international director. Not only did he just finish the thriller feature, Blood Tulips, that shot a week in the Netherlands, he is also in post-production on a one-of-a-kind experiment - directing a feature film exclusively over Skype from Los Angeles that shot on location in Bangalore, India. The film, Road King, is breaking new ground in a number of ways and a 2022 release across Indian & US markets is planned. Other current projects out in the world include the first season of the BLK Prime web series, Sweet As Pye; The 1970s throwback thriller, Blood Tulips, that is now setting up special screenings; And the indie feature, Shadow Of The Monarch, which is available across most VOD platforms like Amazon Prime, DirecTV and iTunes. Randy recently won Best Film Maker and Best Short Film at the Glendale International Film Festival for "The Pursuit", Best Experimental Short Film and an Award of Merit for "Forgotten" and a Silver Ace Award at the Las Vegas International Film Festival for the feature film, "Life Of Lemon". Other awards include 2 Best Director and Best Feature Film Awards at 2 different festivals for the horror anthology feature, "The Perfect House" and an Audience Choice Award for Best Short Film for the short, "Timmy, The Bag Boy". A planned feature film version of "Timmy" is now in the works along with several other feature and short projects. Kent shot Bagboy Productions first feature film in the summer of 2002, entitled "Life, Death & Mini-Golf". The production was an entirely self-financed project and now sells on Amazon and various other sites. Filmed in three locations in 12 days, this drama ensemble stars comedy superstar actress, Kristen Wiig.
CHRIS SANDERS is a British film producer, screenwriter, director, and actor. His first novel The Thief’s Son became a Kindle bestseller in 2012. It was consequently read by Weiwei Si who worked as one of the assistant directors on Skyfall the James Bond film. They became friends and collaborated on a screenplay about the World War two spy Robert Van Gulik.
Chris then went on to play twin gangsters in the independent thriller Agent Kelly which was shot in Andalucia, Spain in 2017 with Raya films. Having always wanted to write and direct a horror film, Chris consequently penned the script for She Summoned Him during the summer of 2018. The film was consequently shot in December 2018.
Chris has recently finished shooting Demons At Dawn. He wrote the screenplay, produced and played one of the lead roles in the movie. He is currently in pre-production on his fifth feature-length horror film called Bring Me A Skin For Dancing In! He is the founder and CEO of Black Coppice Films Ltd
