Ipswich City Council Mayor, Teresa Harding commenting on the Mihi Grove townhouses project finally being approved for the flood buyback scheme.

The Mayor says that the process to get the go-ahead was tough, but she is delighted that it has ultimately been rubber-stamped. She also commented on a number of the big issues in the Ipswich region.
