Level 1 Vinyasa Flow – Mudita (Joy!)
A 60-min., moderately-paced vinyasa flow with an emphasis on gentle heart opening. We practice a mudita (sharing joy) meditation with a mantra. *This recording is rather low volume, so external computer speakers would probably help you listen.
