Quarantine podcast number 2! 

I did something different this episode, a little behind the scenes on what I've been up to. With all the social distancing and staying indoors I've been doing I had to find ways to improve myself and keep SANE! (I hope you guys have been doing something similar)

So no real structure to this one, I'll just be rambling on for a little bit. I hope the advice and insight I give in this episode can be useful to some of you :)
