This advice is meant to assist the Muslims in understanding the true meaning of the Shahadah. This is important because the deviant khawaarij are teaching the people on social media and in their institutes, which we will deal with soon insha'Allah, that the shahadah means that "There is no Sovereign except Allah." This understanding goes against the understanding of the Sahabah, and sadly enough, it shows that the kuffaar of Quraysh had a better understanding of the Shahadah than these modern day sponge bob watching khawaarij.
