In this week’s episode of the Multi-Family Method, Mike Mosher interviews first time guest, Christopher Bruen from the National Multifamily Housing Council. Christoper is the Senior Director of Research at NMHC, with a primary responsibility for aiding and expanding upon NMHC’s research in housing and economics.
Prior to joining the Council, he conducted research on the behavioral tendencies exhibited by option traders and served as a contributor to the Shanghai-based business publication, MorningWhistle.com, where he wrote on topics relating to Sino-American economic policy. Christoper holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from George Washington University and an M.S. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.

Now as President and COO, Ed leads DeBartolo Development’s investment strategy, execution, and capitalization.
The DeBartolo name has been an icon in the real estate industry for more than seven decades. Since the beginning, when legendary entrepreneur Edward J. DeBartolo, SR. pioneered the first shopping mall concept, the DeBartolo legacy has been synonymous with success.
