Elizabeth Rago, The Modern Domestic Woman, is a strong advocate in our community (and former co-host of the podcast), returning to address a topic she's heard a lot about lately: shame. Her website, mdwcares.com, provides positive referrals and sources of support for women. In doing so, she often encounters women who feel a sense of guilt or shame about the tough situations in which they find themselves.
Today we're exploring why women feel a constant sense of shame about our health, homes, bodies, decisions, and circumstances during trying times of life. We bring in some expert insights to provide ideas as to how we can confront these feelings of shame and stop them from dragging us down.
