Cash flow makes you rich, but equity makes you wealthy. Here's where Anthony starts trolling... he's arguing that any amount of equity is worthless if you have no way to transform it into a source of cash flow. Maybe it's a chicken and egg situation. Can you have a source of cash flow without first having the equity to build that source?
