Clint’s why- Jeff Cone, Clint’s childhood best friend has a real estate team in Omaha Nebraska, and they connected and decided to do a flip together, after success with that flip they decided to make their flipping company Dynamic Properties and dove into investing from there! Marketing to sellers really helped get their business around.

Joining the mastermind group 7 figure flipping helped educate Clint, and helped grow his business and himself, he was given the permission to succeed! 

Hiring two full time callers, two agents as acquisition managers, a project manager, and a regular contractor helped Clint feel confident that all that needs to be done is getting done so that he has freedom to spend time with family, friends and vacationing! Not working 80 hour weeks.

The company's 5 year goal is to own 1,000 units!

Sam and Ben connected and began underwriting deals and syndicating. Together they just purchased a $15 million dollar 98 unit property putting $1.5 million dollars into it. This deal they got through a broker they have a business relationship with. Success is all about spreading the word, getting your plan out there and having people invest in you and support you!

Learning Lessons- Involve professionals as much as you can, let the people who specialize in what you need, do it!

Fundraising- RAISE MORE THAN YOU NEED!! if you need 3.5 million, push for 5 ! Having the extra raise, helps you sleep at night. Tell everyone what your doing, spread the word!

What’s next for Ben & Sam? 1,000 units by 2020!

Justin’s Why- To provide his family with the ideal life.

Justin brought on a mentor, Matt Faircloth to guide Justin in the right direction. Justin started off with turn key investments, he fixed up a house that could be rented out quickly, with little repairs. He used connections to build relationships with local investors and brokers, to expand his network. Justin realized that house flipping wasn’t for him, so he stuck to turn key buys, until he did some more research and decided to go into apartment syndications. Making a checklist of what he wanted in a complex, and following that guide help him get to what he wanted for quality standards. He now has a 3 year plan in place: to bring up rent in his current investment that way he brings up the market value and continue the search for other investments! His biggest tip he could give? TELL EVERYONE WHAT YOUR DOING!!! Even if the person your talking to doesn’t care or isn’t interested, they may know someone who is, so talk about it! The best way to get your business around is by word of mouth!
