Matthew Powers discusses his research, which focuses on the intersection and overlap between non-profit communications and journalism. It’s an area that every visual or multimedia journalist or student should think about, because at some point, you are likely to end up with a commission from a non-profit. Maybe you feel uncomfortable crossing that line, or maybe it’s a sector you really want to move into. Whatever your thoughts, It's clear that the line is becoming increasingly blurred and there are lot’s of opportunities opening up in this sector.
