After witnessing the death of his parents, Pastor Doug Jones takes a sabbatical to China and returns with the ability to transform into a dinosaur. Doug, along with his girlfriend Carol (a prostitute), join forces to defeat an evil drug-smuggling clan of ninjas in THE VELOCIPASTOR.
