Clarissa Hidalgo is a Multiple Sclerosis Mama. She is the mother of two beautiful girls. She is am 29 years young(30 in June!), she has had the MS diagnosis since she was 19. She states "you name it and she probably has experienced it"

She is a registered yoga registered yoga teacher specializing in accessible and prenatal yoga. She isa birth doula, as well as an advocate for the MS Society. She was the 2018 Walk MS Central Valley California Ambassador, and she regularly writes features and articles for momentum magazine.

She empowers mamas with MS to have a healthy pregnancy, safe birth, and a better quality of mamahood. She is the founder of the Multiple Sclerosis Mamas group on Facebook.

She is excited to share her big news and launch of a 2 month wellness program for mother's living with MS.

Her journey is a true testament of inspiration, advocacy, and compassion!
