Playing these instruments make me feel so much better and I'm able to offer Reiki and put the instrument on someone's body to help them heal as well. I've been playing this since I've been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and I'm able to manage myself, at least my spinal cord feels that way :-)

I'm learning that if I don't make the description when I'm posting the post, and I come back to it weeks later… I can't recollect what the broadcast is about unless I listen to the whole thing and I was lacking patience to re-listened to this for 37 minutes … So if you could let me know what I said that had some sort of effect or affect on you I'd appreciate it if you care to share, I give you that as a dare.

My intention for this fourth season is to pace myself so that I can go to pilgrimage in April and hopefully record some sound bites while I'm visiting the Bahai holy sites!

When I first started podcasting three years ago, it seemed very easy to put a microphone on and talk in front of it in front of it. But I noticed with this episode the launch of my fourth season, it sounds like SHI… I didn't do a good job recording and then somehow it sounds better! Almost halfway through! And then I realize that I really do miss my family, especially my daughters. I didn't mean to get multiple sclerosis, I don't really like it as an illness, but I'm glad that it's not cancer or something even worse. It's pretty bad enough so I guess I'm happy.
