Why are they important?

When people are not committed to a local church, discipleship stagnates. Taking part in worship, fellowship, and service, as well as being actively involved in the local church, is crucial for thriving discipleship. This allows us to receive biblical guidance, observe godly examples, and experience the transformative power of a covenantal Christian community.
