In this study we look that implications that our spiritual relationship with Christ and each other brings for the local church and the pattern that is set for it in the New Testament. We find we do God's will as we worship and work together in the spread of the gospel message and the care for each other as family members.

Miracles: True, Purposeful and Passed and
Miracles: Their Prophetic & Practical Passing
The scriptures clearly teach us that Jesus and His apostles were miracle working men. In this study we see why they did these miracles, and then examine the reasons the scriptures state that they will cease, and how the method that such gifts were distributed to others is no longer available.

Christ purchased the church with His own blood. In this study we examine how this brotherhood is His body, His family, His bride, His kingdom, His temple and His flock.

A look at the reality and seriousness of the pattern that God has given us to follow with the church. We also look at how that pattern is established and the dangers of changing the pattern.

The scriptures, particularly the psalms, constantly extol the blessings of, and tell us to, meditate on God's word. Our reading of His word is how we come to know what is says. Our meditation on His word is where we really come to appreciate it.

One of the qualities of love in 1 Cor. 13 is that it "bears all things." In this study we examine the great need for this aspect of love and how is causes us to seek peace, be open hearted, restrain ourselves and be generous.

We examine one of Jesus most famous stories, the good Samaritan. The background of this story is a question about what to do to inherit eternal life and a Pharisee trying to avoid the implication that Jesus made about how he should love God and others.

In Luke 17, ten lepers were healed by Jesus. Only one, a Samaritan, turned back to give thanks to God through Jesus. We use this incident from the gospels to ask about our own returning of thanks and gratitude to God.

The New Testament shows a pattern of monetary collection and use. In this study we look at the cheerful, purposeful, Lord's day giving that we put into the common congregational treasury.
