After spending over 18 months locked in and the whole world shifting everything upside down to reduce the risk of getting Covid.  Suddenly Omicron turns up and I’ve got to explain to the kids that we do have Covid without freaking them out..  

 This episode is dedicated to anyone who is trying to adapt to the world again, getting out again and connecting with others again post covid. How sad that just as we recover from pandemic life, the next fear of war has emerged.
