♞ Big YSDC news: It sold as a set!

Paul’s CoC collection has in fact sold to a single buyer. And what’s better, it’s someone that Paul knows, so he knows it’s going to a good home. While we feel the loss of the treasured collection, this did end with the best possible outcome. Note: sold for “four figures.” Now comes the dimensional origami that comes with packing such a tremendous trove of items.
♞The Yellow King RPG from Pelgrane Press is now as $157,590 pledged of $29,657 goal, with 10 days of this recording. (Check out a live update in the widget below.)

KIYRPG on KARTAS
Murf sent this cool find from Reddit – The Awakening – a challenging stand-alone investigation role-playing scenario loosely based on H.P. Lovecraft’s Call of Cthulhu and set in a near future dystopia. The players assume the roles of law enforcement agents tasked to investigate the death of Thomas Angell, professor emeritus of computational linguistics. Soon they discover that the late professor was publishing a blog detailing sinister findings, a massive conspiracy hiding in plain sight and that nothing is as it seems.
Here’s a Lovecraftian Monster from Xavier Gens’ ‘Cold Skin’!
Cold Skin takes place on the edge of the Antarctic Circle, in the years after World War I, a steam ship approaches a desolate island far from all shipping lanes. On board is a young man, on his way to assume the lonely post of weather observer, to live in solitude for a year at the end of the world. But on shore he finds no trace of the man whom he has been sent to replace, just a deranged castaway who has witnessed a horror he refuses to name. The rest is forest, a deserted cabin, rocks, silence, and the surrounding sea. And then the night begins to fall…
