In 2010 Caroline published her first novel, Ghost Child. Since then she has written 11 books including her most recent a thriller called The One Who Got Away. We spoke to caroline after she published Place Like Home, a thriller set in the beachside suburb of Bondi. Early one morning a young Tanzanian man walks into a shopping centre. Strapped to his neck is a bomb and within minutes, he is locked in a shop with four hostages.
