In 1986, James Pierson was murdered in the driveway of his own home, while his two daughters were inside the house. 

Within a week, dark secrets of the Pierson family would be brought out in the public, and three people would be charged with James' murder. 

This case divided an entire community, as some people believed the murder was justified, and others believe those responsible should spend their lives in prison.
