Over the course of ten weeks, eight people were attacked in Texarkana. While the case has never been solved, there are a few suspects and people are still looking for answers on who the person was that the media dubbed, the Phantom Killer.

In 2008, the FBI arrested a man named Clark Rockefeller. It turned out that he was not a real Rockefeller, he was a conman.
