In 1988, 22 year old Marie Wilks after visiting her husband, kissed him goodbye and set off home with her 11 year old sister and 13 month old son. The oil warning light came on in her car, and so she left the children in the car to get help. Marie's body was later found in wood land. In 1989, a man was convicted of her murder, but 5 years later he was released and her case has never been solved.
