Thirty-year-old Skye Jim, a member of the Sac and Fox Shawnee Nation, died tragically on the night of January 9th, 2021. Reports stated that she had been lying in the road unresponsive before her being struck and killed by a vehicle.

It was confirmed later by her family that Skye’s death was not ruled a suicide, yet they were told that her case was closed. Her family is still demanding answers. What happened to Skye Jim?
