The Cost of Feeling Inadequate.
There’s a pattern running through the fitness world — and it’s not just sets and reps. Walk into any fitness expo and you’ll see huge banners, charismatic hosts, dazzling lights, and bodies that seem sculpted by DaVinci himself. You smell hype and aspiration in the same breath.
There’s also a message, “You’re almost good enough… ” and it’s not subtle. It’s everywhere. Posters at the gym, ads, social media posts, and the shredded athlete on the label of every supplement package.
That message is dangerous. It’s about inadequacy. We can’t stop here! Because once you better understand it, it’ll lose much of its power.
