We’re getting ever closer to the Arnold Classic guys.

We got on one of our all-time favourite 'Global' guests, the always fantastic Milos Sarcev to tell us who he thinks will Rise and who will Fall in what has actually ended up becoming one of the most intriguing Arnold line-ups EVER.

How’s placing top ten (9th in 212) in the most deeply contested Olympia of all time in only his fifth EVER show! Crazy huh? And he’s just getting started guys.

Also hear Bryan’s story of one of THE most dramatic 3 year transformations ever seen. Ever…(no joke)

Hot News got a neat upgrade too, after host Giles 'Tiger' Thomas was bombarded by requests for MONTHS, he finally succumbed to what has turned out to a really fantastic idea (and now kicking himself several times per day we hear, ha ha).
