At its core, meditation is perhaps best described as a practice that allows one to focus. Which to me translates into “training one’s brain” to stop spinning: To not be distracted, to ponder and evaluate. Often meditation is associated with religious practices. And that is appropriate. But I find that this practice benefits in all areas of life. The MUSE 2 is an electronic device that helps train the brain to let one bypass emotions and take control. Since I am finding this to be a valuable tool in my personal efforts, I want to share what I have so far learned about the MUSE 2.
