Overthinking can keep you stuck for far longer than failure ever will. For a long time, I believed that before creating anything, everything had to be perfectly planned, perfectly executed, and perfectly timed. The result? I often stayed in the thinking phase instead of actually moving forward.
In this episode, I share what changed over the past few weeks when I stopped trying to control every outcome and simply started creating. From recording and publishing episodes to taking imperfect action, this period forced me to confront perfectionism, fear of judgment, and the illusion that things need to be “ready” before you begin.
This is a personal reflection on what happens when you let go of overthinking and allow yourself to create anyway. Not perfectly but consistently. And how that shift can change the way you see your work, your progress, and your potential.
