Where your heart is longing to be anywhere but here

Because this chapter is still a part of your story

That you will tell

Years on and years on

When you look back

Only to find that even

In this episode share a spoken word I wrote about 2 weeks ago in my notes app proclaiming the truth that God wonderfully made me. I also talk about how I have been approaching my struggle with body image. I know this is something we all struggle with to some degree and so I hope you can take away something beneficial from listening to this episode. 

We are always trying to rush ahead

Trying to forward the tick of the clock

To be where we long to be

And we are always straining through the closed window blinds so that we can get a glance into what the future will be

But as abstract as this might sound

We can never know what awaits ahead of the red stop lights .

When it comes to the Journey

We Find as We Go .

What am I so afraid of ?  David dunn , The Midland Texas Native singer explores this question in this song on his Best selling Album Yellow Balloons  and talks about the fact that with God we are secure and The God we serve is capable of holding the whole world together in his hands including our circumstances no matter how improbable it might seem .
